BOARD OF REVISION
The Williams County Board of Revision consists of the County Auditor, County Treasurer, and the President of the Board of County Commissioners. The Board holds its organizational meeting on the second Monday of January each year to elect a chairman. The County Auditor is appointed Secretary of the Board by ORC.
The purpose of the Board of Revision is to hold hearings relating to complaints against valuation of real property, and make a decision relating to the property owners complaint. The Williams County Board of Revision has enacted the following rules of procedure governing matters brought before the Board pursuant to ORC 5715.02 et. seq.
