     The Enhanced 9-1-1 system in Williams County allows the phone subscriber to have their 9-1-1 screen customized to assist emergency services in the event of an emergency. Information that can be added includes medical history, disabilities, key holder information, location of flammables in or around the residence; basically any information that can help us help you or your family in the event of an emergency.

     This feature can be very valuable in cases where the caller can not speak to the dispatcher.

     All information disclosed by the subscriber is confidential, and will only be used for emergency purposes.
